Position: Outside Sales - Account Executive

Overview:

The Outside Sales Account Executive position requires heavy cold calling and positioning of Keeton’s Office Supply to new prospects in the commercial office supply industry. In this role, you are responsible for generating qualified opportunities that result in new revenue for the business as well as managing active accounts.

Position Information:

Keeton’s is seeking a highly qualified candidate who is ready to start an exciting sales career with us. As an Outside Sales - Account Executive, you will be responsible for winning new business. Focus is on face-to-face contact, telephone, webinar, and email to achieve personal sales goals.

You will engage customers and develop value propositions that meet their needs, increase sales by converting new customers with growth opportunities from various product departments. You will be successful in delivering Keeton’s office solutions, through well-developed sales skills, collaboration, and effective presentations.

Compensation includes a base salary and commission structure that rewards sales growth.

Educational Requirements/Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • Bachelor‘s degree preferred.
  • Eighteen (18) months of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivated and possess strong time management.
  • Ability to uncover needs through a consultative approach.
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to effectively communicate through phone and email is required.
  • Proactively call and qualify prospects.
  • Daily recording and use of sales CRM.
  • Demonstrate exceptional positioning and qualification skills, with demonstrated ability to reach sales objectives.

As an Inside Sales - Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business. Focus is on using telephone, webinar, email, and occasional face-to-face contact to achieve personal sales goals.

You will engage customers and develop value propositions that meet their needs, increase sales by converting new customers with growth opportunities from various product departments. You will be successful in delivering Keeton’s office solutions, through well-developed sales skills, collaboration, and effective presentations.

The ideal candidate will excel within 3-6 months, with an opportunity for promotion to Outside Sales upon completion of 12-18 months of service and sales performance. Direct Outside Sales position will be considered for a candidate with demonstrated sales experience and proven evidence of success.

Position: Retail Office/Art Supply Store Sales

Position Information:

Keeton’s is looking for an engaging retail associate with a background in fine art supplies who has a passion for assisting customers throughout our retail store (framing, office supplies, copy center, etc.). As a retail sales person, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greet, assist, and sell to a diverse walk in customer base in a retail store setting
  • Flexible work schedule to include Saturdays
  • Research special order non-stocked items
  • Answer questions with regard to application/use of a variety of art materials
  • Maintain inventory by working regularly with vendors
  • Must be able to lift up to at least 50 Lbs.
  • In-store merchandise displays
  • Collaborate with marketing department on social media campaigns and promotions as well as marketing department events/sales
  • Achieve performance and quality goals on a consistent basis
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED. Art materials knowledge is essential. Knowledge of various computer programs (including Photoshop, Illustrator, Word/Excel) preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:
