Maintenance - In order to provide quality service for all of our customers, Keeton's Online Ordering sites may be unavailable periodically after our normal business hours for system maintenance.
Dropship Customers - (deliveries not made by Keeton’s trucks): Any items that are not able to be shipped via UPS, such as certain furniture items or materials deemed hazardous, are subject to additional freight charges. A Keeton’s representative will notify the person placing the order of the freight amount, if applicable. Customer approval must be acknowledged before the delivery will be made.
Damages - Please inspect all items for any damage at the time of delivery and if accepted, please note any damage on the freight receipt. Please contact Keeton’s as soon as possible for any damage claims.
